Privacy Settings

Manage how your personal data is used, request a copy of your data, or delete your account. For settings inside the app, log in at webapp.mypurse.app.

Most of your privacy preferences — such as notification settings and account details — can be managed directly inside the MyPurse app. For requests that require our team's involvement, use the options below and we will respond within 15 business days. All requests are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).

Request a Copy of Your Data
Under RA 10173, you have the right to access and receive a copy of your personal data that MyPurse holds. Send us a request and we'll prepare your data export within 15 business days.

Correct Your Personal Data
If any of your personal data held by MyPurse is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request a correction. Most details can be updated directly in the app, but for encrypted fields like your name or email, contact us.

Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw consent for non-essential data processing (such as marketing emails) at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal, and will not affect core app functionality.

Delete Your Account
You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal and financial data. This action is irreversible. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days of your confirmed request.

Response Time: All privacy requests are handled within 15 business days from receipt. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing sensitive requests. If you do not receive a response, please follow up at info@mypurse.app.

If you believe your data privacy rights have been violated, you may also file a complaint directly with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) at www.privacy.gov.ph.
